About this job

Call center representatives, taking 100 - 150 inbound calls per day. They will be supporting a state contract for healthcare and will also be supporting several managed contracts for medicare and medicaid.

Leaders in non-emergency medical transportation - medical transportation broker (schedule transportation for patients for medical purposes, support Michigan Medicare & Medicaid contract

When they receive a call, they will be arranging transportation for individuals in the medicare and medicaid program. They will take down all of the information for the patient calling in, will type in their phone number, address, what time their appointment is, what time they are going, what time they'll be picked up, and verify the patient's insurance information.

The main purpose of the call is to make the reservation in the system, this will then get sent to the transportation department who will book the transportation.

This position is taking a call, data entry, and verifying information.������

Qualifications:������

Must have at least 1 years of customer service or Call Center Experience.

Must be able to type at least 35 WPM
