Colorado Real Estate Brokerage seeks well-qualified candidates to fill the position of Employing Broker/Manager and Chief Compliance Officer for the Company.

Duties of Employing Broker/Manager: 

  1. Supervise, manage and assist real estate licensed brokers and administrative staff for the company.
  2. Audit Contract Transaction files, ensuring compliance with Colorado Real Estate law and the requirements of the Colorado Real Estate Commission.
  3. Manage Compliance Team Staff and Assignments.
  4. Enforce Company Policies, Conduct the Office and the Compliance Processes in a Professional Manner and provide Leadership and Support for the licensed brokers. 

This will be a full time, salaried position. Candidates must have:

  • an Employing Broker level Colorado Real Estate license
  • a minimum of three years of experience supervising, training or mentoring brokers. 
  • extensive knowledge of contracts, Commission Position Statements and real estate law.
  • experience providing guidance on real estate transactions.
  • Residential and Commercial experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Skyslope software is a plus.
  • a regular schedule of availability to the office.
