Merchandise Associates: Part-time
Provide prompt courteous and knowledgeable service to all customers
Help with merchandising and feature presentation on the sales floor
Ensure accurate cash register procedures in accordance with company guidelines and policies
Process new merchandise according to company procedures
Engagement Coordinator: Full-time
Ensure front line associates provide prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to all customers
Resolve customer service issues appropriately and competently
Ensure operational controls at the front line
Merchandise Coordinators: Full-time
Provide exceptional customer service
Flow goods from backroom to sales floor
Use your creativity to visually merchandise department(s)
Backroom Coordinator: Full-time
Oversee the backroom of a store
Supervise and train associates on receiving and processing merchandise
Ensure the backroom area is always organized and ready to receive and flow goods
