Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:


Preparing and analyzing financial models

Researching M&A candidates, including qualitative, financial and valuation analyses

Organizing and conducting due diligence on potential acquisition targets

Working as a key liaison to business segments, transaction advisors and acquisition targets;

Executing special projects.
 

Requirements



Currently in final year of obtaining a bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, business administration or related field from an accredited college / university or obtained degree within the last 12 months; coursework to obtain degree must be completed prior to start of employment. Degree must be awarded and verified within 6-8 weeks following the commencement date at your school.

Minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA required, 3.50 or above preferred

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)
Exceptional problem solving and communication skills
Some knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques
Intense intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly outside of a classroom setting 
Comfort with team-based work
Willingness to work significant hours in a challenging and fast-paced workplace
