Data Entry - Full-time / Part-time

This is a project to provide ZeroCaters clients more transparency on the health ingredients such as fat, calories, protein, carbs etc. for all of the restaurants that they cater for. This is an initiative to allow all of their clients to eat healthier and have full knowledge on what's in the food they're ordering. This person will be entering data into excel, google docs and an internal system and that data is the number of calories, fat, protein and carbs that each food contains on the menu of all of their restaurants that they cater for. This person will also have to get on the phone and call the restaurant and figure out the ingredients if it is not listed on the restaurants menu. after they fill out the ingredients in their spreadsheet, they will then submit it to the FDA for approval, so accuracy is crucial (for instance if it says 8,000 calories instead of 800 that is a major error).
