Mortgage Loan Processor

Aerotek is hiring Loan Processors for a financial institution in Richmond, Virginia. This individual will obtain necessary information (i.e. loan applications, credit documents, appraisals, etc.) to process and complete mortgage loan files. They will also verify all documentation for accuracy and completeness. The primary responsibility of this position is to process mortgage loans.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Entering initial data
• Obtaining Flood Certificates
• Ordering appraisals
• Reviewing web-based verifications
• Receiving of all couriers, mail, parcels and faxes
• Also responsible for distributing of the packages or faxes to the intended receiver
• Answerig incoming phone calls in a timely and courteous manner
• Routing the calls to the appropriate person or take messages
• Handling other duties that may arise

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30am -5:30pm

Pay: $21/hour
