Machine Operators are responsible for the set up of machinery in a safe and efficient manner to produce parts that meet or exceed customer expectations. Operators may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization. Prior experience is desired, but we will train individuals who have the drive and the willingness to learn. Individuals must be able to perform most of the functions shown below.
*Perform Measuring of the products when needed
*Performs set-up and operation of machinery.
*Monitors machine operations while maintaining quality.
*Troubleshoots and corrects operational problems as they occur.
*Follows the production schedule; ensures all material needed is available.
*Understands production orders, blueprints, and travelers.
