Maintenance Tech - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is currently seeking an electro-mechanical maintenance technician. Pay will be between $21 and $25/hr. This is a 1st shift, direct hire position with a well established automotive manufacturer.

Responsible for troubleshooting and repair of industrial machinery in an fast-paced manufacturing facility. Working with high voltage electricity (480 volts), motor controls, control panels, robots, and 3 phase wiring. Mechanical abilities must include experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and working with various machine shop equipment including lathes, mills, drills, and surface grinders. Experience welding is a huge plus.

* Ability to troubleshoot PLC's with ladder logic.
* Ability to troubleshoot Hydraulic and Pneumatic Equipment.
* Ability to troubleshoot 3-phase electrical components.
* Welding and machine tool experience.
* Facility's and General Maintenance.
* Electrical Wiring of Facility.

Minimum Requirements:
1). High school diploma or GED required.
2). Technical degree in a Maintenance field, apprenticeship, or Journeyman certificate preferred.
3). Ability to troubleshoot PLC's and read ladder logic.
4). 3+ years experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
5). Flexibility to work 12 hour shifts.
6). Willing to submit to a drug test.
7). Willing to submit to a background check.
