About this job
This person will be working in conjunction with the AP team. Responsible for tracking and reporting all new and existing invoices and PO's to the ops manager for approval.
Responsibilities:
- Enter invoices and PO's into Quickbooks
- Send out daily reports to the ops manager on all New and existing invoices
- Compile Invoices and PO's and send over to ops manger for approval
-Taking minimal inbound calls from customers/vendors in regards to Invoices and PO's
- Printing Checks for owners signature
- File all Invoices and PO's
- Once this person is comfortable in this role they will be giving additional responsibilities.
