We have an immediate opening for a Client Development/Marketing Coordinator in our Los Angeles office. This position will support the Practice Development Managers and Administrators that handle the marketing and business development functions for resident office(s) and for assigned Department and Practice(s), while working closely with other members of the firmwide CD team to ensure client-development initiatives synchronize with overall firm strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining proposal database and league table/industry survey content; supporting responses to RFPs, presentations, and other opportunities through written proposal and presentation materials; assisting with the execution of client-development events; and providing business development, marketing, and communications support to firm lawyers.
A minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience in a law firm, a professional services environment, or comparable position in a corporation is preferred. A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Successful candidate will be highly customer service oriented, technologically savvy, organized, able to multi-task, demonstrate good judgment, prioritize, and exhibit sound political judgment in a multiple leader, team oriented, fast paced environment.
