$16.50/HOUR OR MORE (Depending on Experience)
TEMP-TO-HIRE/EVAL-HIRE
Job Highlights/ Requirements:
- Must have good credit (a credit check will be ran on all prospective candidates if client is interested in interviewing)
- Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of A/R, Accounts Receivables experience
- Strong GL knowledge highly preferred
- Post payments appropriately
- Setup and maintain client billing information
- Researches and processes claims of invoice payments, disputes and balances owed
- Handle reconciliations according
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Ability to handle constant, steady, work pace/environment (small client base but high volume/work-load)
- Ability to adapt and be flexible depending on duties/responsibilities
- Must be proficient in MS Excel – Intermediate to Advance in creating/maintaining and updating spreadsheets
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH SAP!
- Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm; (occasional weekend hours during monthly close outs)
