Looking to start a career in the health insurance industry?Aerotek is hiring for Customer Service Representatives in the Harrisburg Area, working Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. This position can interview and start immediately.
Call Center Representative/Mail Room Associate:
- Handling inbound calls to enroll or assist customers with questions regarding health insurance.
- Working within internal computer system navigating information as necessary
- At times may have to assist with mailing, outboung calls, or data entry projects.
- Processing mailed in applications
- Performing data entry of new individuals enrolling in an insurance program
- Open and sort incoming mailed applications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Good computer skills
- Customer service experience
