About this job

Position Summary:

  • Provide superior customer service within call center environment
  • Ability to respond to high volume inbound calls in a timely and effective manner
  • Enter patient admissions, change an active patient to discharge/deceased status, transfer patients, update demographic changes, process refills, and documenting as needed
  • Assist callers with customer service issues
  • This will be a second shift position with one weekend shift a month required

Position Requirments:

  • PTCB OR CPHT Perfected but not required
  • Pharmacey Technician Experience
