CNC Machinist/Programmer - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek CE is currently seeking a CNC Programmer for a growing company in the Portland Area.

The ideal person that we are looking to hire will have manual milling experience. This individual will will be trained to be a more versatile machinist and programmer. This individual has to be able to troubleshooting and program mill machines on the shop floor as this will be an everyday essential duty. The ideal candidate will have experience with aluminum and steel. They will also have experience with programming mills to machine parts within small tolerances.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with CNC manual mill and lathes machines
• Need to have experience in metal manufacturing specifically with aluminum and steel parts
• Experience troubleshooting CNC machines
• Able to hold tolerances
• Ability to be flexible and take direction from lead programmer
• Must have experience using Mastercam and Solidworks
