About this job

Essential Functions

Support all of the Analytical Core Team and Stability Operations staff on that floor. Responsibilities will include assistance with document routing and formatting, generating memos, travel and facilities, on-boarding and new hire set-ups and overall administrative support, including maintenance of the AO Sharepoint Homepage, within Analytical Operations.

Skills & Qualifications

Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required. Requires basic knowledge and understanding of administrative and office policies and procedures. Frequently refers to specific and detailed procedures and instructions. Requires basic level computer skills in Word, Excel, Filemaker Pro and Access. Works under general supervision for routine work and receives detailed instruction and close supervision for non-routine activities.
Requires a minimum of a high school diploma plus 0+ years administrative experience.
