• Have a personal cell phone, e-mail address and regular computer access
• Have reliable transportation
• Are at least 21 years of age with a clear driving record and proof of current auto insurance to be Authorized Driver
• Demonstrate proficiency in spoken and written English
• Pass 2 background checks, drug screening 
• 3 Professional and 3 Personal References
• Residence in Washington County, Yamhill County or Columbia County Oregon
