Job Description
A Real Estate Financial Analytics Consultant is commonly called a real estate agent. As a consultant, you will help clients through all facets of a real estate transaction including the financial aspects of pricing their home for sale and analyzing the value of a home to potentially purchase. Selling and buying real estate is a complicated and overwhelming process, so clients are in need of financial analytics consultants to help them price and purchase their home at a competitive value.
Job Responsibilities
- Understand the local real estate climate and analyze comparable home sales in your area
- Negotiate with fellow real estate agents on behalf of your client to reach a favorable deal for the purchase and/or sale of a home
- Attend real estate showings and open houses with your clients
- Consult with clients throughout the negotiation process of reaching mutual acceptance on a home
- Communicate promptly and regularly with clients about their real estate needs
