Sr Product Manager-Virtual Visits - Minnetonka, MN or Telecommute

As a Product Manager, you will be vital to our success and drive future growth. In this role you will provide leadership in the management and development of the Virtual Visits product line. You will be empowered to do your best to develop the strategy and vision for product roadmaps, establish collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders, gather and drive execution of accurate requirements for new and remediation product needs and evaluate product performance to enhance our mission of helping people live healthier lives.  Bring your curiosity, positivity and can - do attitude to this exciting product line
 
Primary Responsibilities:

Think strategically, and creatively, about how the consumer experience should work translating a vision to detailed processes and requirements
Navigate and influence multiple cross - functional teams in a complex, matrix work environment
Support the development of market and sales strategies and value proposition
Act as a subject matter expert occasionally presenting to employer, provider and consultant / broker audiences
Forecast revenue or savings opportunities associated with product development initiatives
Manage cross - segment projects and initiatives that require problem solving, relationship building, influencing and analyzing
Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges
Influence innovation across teams to ensure aligned; cohesive progress across technology, marketing, and service operations

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
7+ years of Product Management / Product development experience
Proficiency with MS Office applications (minimum of 3 years experience)
Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a matrix environment
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence others
Effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated project management skills
Strong presentation skills both face to face and remotely (Webex)
Persistence, positivity and a ‘can - do’ attitude
Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced Degree
Health plan operations experience ,including eligibility and claims processing
