We are currently recruiting for a Human Capital Analyst to join our team in Nevada or Minnetonka, MN (current UGH employees only).
 
Positions in this function are responsible for providing client groups with strategic consulting on people programs, organization development and other HR-specific or business initiatives. This role will analyze people related metrics, trends and root causes to develop solutions that balance HR risks and cost management throughout the organization; act as a liaison for the brokerage of services between client groups and internal or external providers and implements corporate driven initiatives. This is the next step in career progression for a fully competent Senior Human Capital Specialist. This role is responsible for a wide array of projects, administration, research, data analysis, reporting, etc. in support of all human capital initiatives.
 
Primary responsibilities for this position include:


Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise.

Investigates non-standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others

Works exclusively within a specific knowledge area

Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines.

Provides explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise.

Requirements

 
Required Qualifications:


Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

Advanced MS Excel skills

Intermediate reporting and analysis skills

3 years of previous experience in data analytics
 
Preferred Qualifications:


Advanced PeopleSoft HR

Financial Analysis

Ability to think strategically
