Customer Experience Representative

MN based software development and marketing company is looking for an individual to work with our clients to ensure that they understand, utilize, and leverage the many features our product has to offer. You will work hand -in-hand with our Customer Support Team as we bring on new clients and will be the primary point of contact for them as they learn to use our product.

No experience is necessary...we will train you.

Most of our incoming customer service inquiries are clients asking questions about how to use our software for managing their business. We are looking for someone who is very internet savvy and has a high level of patience and can easily navigate our websites and explain in easy to use terms to our clients how to accomplish the tasks they are looking to complete. We train most of our clients by webinar so applicants must be comfortable with this type of interaction.

Qualified applicants must also have knowledge and skills using Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word as these tools will be used daily. Knowledge of QuickBooks and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus but not required. Our software is designed for the mortgage industry and provides marketing and communication services for them. Prior experience in the mortgage, printing, or marketing fields would be beneficial

College degree preferred but not required. This position requires the individual to work full time.
