Installation Manager - Full-time

More Space Place (Fort Myers & Naples) is looking for a Full Time Installation Manager. We manufacture and install Custom Closets, Murphy Beds and Home Offices.

Required Previous Experience:

Carpentry Cabinetry Management Basic MS Word & Excel

Preferred Prior Experience:

Custom Closets Murphy Beds CAD software Google Drive

Duties to include but not limited to:

• Manage Installation crews, lead by example, motivate, team building.
• Monitor errors and devise ways to minimize go backs.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are properly stocked with supplies.
• Supervise loading of merchandise for accuracy, leave nothing behind.
• Provide outstanding customer service and have the ability to think outside of the box quickly to solve issues as they arise.
• Unload, check in and organize materials including cabinetry, mattresses and parts.
• Make sure all daily paperwork is filled out completely and accurately.
• Help develop systems to maximize earnings.
• Develop techniques that can be used to unify the two locations.
• Works with Designers, Purchasing Manager and General Manager.

Clean criminal history and driving record required.
