JOB REQUIREMENTS: As a Retail Sales Associate, you providing customers with attentive, helpful and friendly service as well as with expert knowledge of all aspects of wireless communication technology. You will utilize proven sales methods to qualify and close sales and build customer relationships both in person and over the telephone via regular follow-up calls.Your specific duties will include:

• Providing customers to determine their wireless service needs
• Identifying opportunities to upsell additional T-Mobile products and services to new and existing customers
• Making two-day follow-up calls with customers to check in with them and to offer additional products and services
• Successfully achieving business and personal sales goals and performance metrics
• Exhibiting assertiveness and a drive to win
• Maintaining knowledge of wireless products and services
• Continually developing abilities and product knowledge
• Handling all customer service issues in a timely and professional manner
• Following all leads and referrals and engaging in potential Small Business Customers
• Building expertise on products and services by completing online training modules
• Arranging and displaying store merchandising
• Keeping sales floor presentable for customers

• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Available to work mornings, evenings and weekends
• Customer service or sales experience
• Experience with commission-based sales, a plus
