DO & CO opened a new Gourmet Kitchen in Chicago, by O'Hare International Airport, and created a lot of new job opportunities. We are looking for a Dish Washer.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a team, creating high-end products served daily to hundreds of international airline guests!
• Unload equipment (like plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, trays, etc) from flight trolleys and sort them by type, putting them into bins
• Washing dirty equipment as well as industrial pots and pans
• Putting dirty equipment on conveyor belts, that run the equipment through large dishwashing machines
• Ensuring temperature gauges are reading the correct temperatures
• Sorting and stacking clean equipment by type and moving it to the respective areas in the warehouse
• Cleaning drains and dishwashing machines as needed
• Comply with hygiene, quality and safety standards at all times

Qualifications

• Work experience in Dishwashing
• Outgoing personality and hands-on approach
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced environment
• Heavy work load and standing for prolonged periods of time necessary
• Position requires ability to move, lift, carry, pull or push as needed
• Flexibility: different shifts available (working on weekends + holidays may be needed)
