Sales/Buyer is an entry level position. We are looking for stylish fashion lovers who have a great positive attitude. No buying experience required. Crossroads buyers are trained in an extensive Buying Training Program. Retail experience in the fashion/clothing industry and a flexible schedule strongly preferred. The ideal job candidate possesses exceptional customer service skills, knowledge of labels, and a keen awareness of trends. Some duties include: operating POS software/Cashier, processing clothing purchased from buyers, and keeping the store clean/presentable.
