Job Title: Catering Sales Manager

Department: Operations



Summary: The Catering Sales Manager will to the Director of Operations. This Manager will be a dynamic leader, with exceptional team building, strategic and interpersonal skills. The major responsibilities will be direct sales experience and skills, key account management, collaboration with field sales team, experience with systems that enable the business, etc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: of the Catering Sales Manager include:

Maintain key relationships with the Training Team, Marketing Team, Operating Partners and Teams, Finance and Accounting Team, and Human Resources Team.

Executing the strategy and vision for the catering business to increase catering sales within a demographic region. This includes developing a business plan with goals and strategies, including financial pro forma.

Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.

In collaboration with the Operations and Training, work with stores on execution processes and procedures while reinforcing training materials.

Managing marketing budget to grow catering sales and incent trial.

Building an open and honest communication line with operating partners and their local teams.

Responsible for establishing good business relationships with community venues and charities.

Positive catering leadership role model for all internal customers.

Works with stores to increase sales by training on POP and reiterating catering program with monthly tests, contests, etc.

Person needs to be a brand ambassador with professional demeanor and presentations skills.

Needs to update and keep accurate notes within CRM to not only give visibility to their activities but to properly maintain customer database for customer retention and to control attrition rates.

Completes all administrative duties related to Monkey Media (daily, weekly and monthly) in a timely manner.

Acts as a resource to Catering Coordinators.

In order to perform the essential functions of the positions at Souplantation and Sweet Tomatoes restaurants, employees must be able to walk & stand consistently for up t o 8 hours, and lift & carry items weighing up to 30lbs for a minimum of 3 hours each day. Reach, bend, push & pull items for up to 2 hours each day and must be able to use fingers, hands, arms and shoulders repetitively for up to 6 hours each day.
