We work with their families in order to allow them to be sons and daughters again. When seniors get to the point that they need an extra set of hands around the house, Home Instead Senior Care caregivers provide the extra assistance they need in order to age on their own terms. We are changing the face of aging!
 
In case you couldn't tell, we are very passionate about what we do. But we need help to do it! Our growth over the last several years has been unprecedented and we are staffing our office team in order to continue to provide excellent service to more families in Orange and NE Chatham County than ever before.
 
Each position in our office team begins in the same place, WEEKEND SUPERVISOR. We are a 24/7 business and there is no better place to get your feet wet in senior care than as a W.S. for Home Instead Senior Care. As weekend supervisor, you would work for a few hours on Friday preparing for the weekend, work remotely on Saturday and Sunday, then a few hours again on Monday. Hours would vary from 20-30 hrs a week and the initial earning potential is between $10-$13.00/hr
 
Ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
* Ability to organize and prioritize daily
* Ability to effectively communicate well in person and on the telephone. Must be congenial and patient.
* Ability to get along well in a team environment and have good working relationships with the CAREGivers, management, office staff, and the franchise owner.
* Must have computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word
* Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
* Must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines.
* Must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills.
* Must demonstrate discretion, integrity, fair-mindedness consistent with our company standards, practices, policies, and procedures.
* Ability to perform duties in a professional office setting and be able to operate office equipment.
* Ability to sit at a desk and listen effectively for long periods of time on a telephone.
* Ability to present a professional appearance and demeanor.
* Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
