Accounts Payable Specialist
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 contingent upon experience
MUST have Timberline or Sage software experience
Will be responsible for handling all accounts payable functions for the company including but not limited to: completing payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
Requirements:
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 contingent upon experience
MUST have Timberline or Sage software experience
Will be responsible for handling all accounts payable functions for the company including but not limited to: completing payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
Requirements:
- MUST have a strong understanding of accounts payable functions and previous working experience
- Proficiency with MS Office
- MUST have Timberline or Sage experience
- Ability to adapt to new software
