About this job
Busy, independent, local computer repair and sales shop seeks professional, motivated customer service and sales representative. Applicants must have full time (40+ Hours) availability Monday through Saturday. Must be willing to learn outside of work as well as on the job for required certifications. Candidates must have the following abilities:
- Listen closely to customers
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to memorize protocols and guidelines
- Data entry and basic computer skills
- Situation evaluation and analysis
Ideal candidates will have some prior customer service experience, be tech savvy and able to work in a fast paced environment. Must also be willing to take on new tasks and challenges readily with a positive, detail oriented attitude. Apple certifications and experience are beneficial, but not required. We'll train the right motivated individual.
