STEWARD (FULL-TIME)

• We have an opening for a full-time Steward position.
• Location: Bank of America Cafe, One Bryant Park, 51st Floor, Manhattan, NY, 10036. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday.
• Requirement: 2 years experience is preferred.

Summary :Perform work duties to ensure all food and equitment is stored & maintained correctly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive all food product & distribute to appropriate walk in & storage areas
• Check all expiartion dates and set aside items that are required to be returned to vendors, communicate this information to Chef/Sous Chef
• Ensure all storage areas are spotlessly clean.
• Set up porter station, measure sanitation solution.
• Distribute sanitizing solution to each station
• Complete temperature logs at each refrigerator
• Complete any additional logs that are required
• Ensure that all equitment is stored correctly
• Ensure all smallwares are stored correctly
• Complies with all outlined sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
