Assistant Manager - Now Hiring!

   Plato's Closet® is now hiring a full time Assistant Store Manager. Our Assistant Managers are motivated, fashion-obsessed people with extraordinary people skills. They help create a fun environment for customers and staff to successfully buy, sell and trade current fashion.  The following is a representative list of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position:

 Learn, understand and implement company philosophy, management policies and procedures

 Demonstrate exemplary customer service and drive sales goals

 Be an independent buyer and assist in the coordination of all buying tasks

 Work to increase sales and profitability

 Participate in hiring, training, scheduling and evaluating employees

 Contribute to timely and accurate operational and financial reporting

 Responsible for the timely flow of merchandise to the sales floor and storage area.

 Maintain accurate inventory management on and offsite.

Qualifications:

The ideal Plato's Closet® Assistant Store Manager candidate will have a high school diploma and college/coursework, a minimum of one year retail sales experience, a strong sense of style and style trends, supervisory qualities, an engaging and upbeat demeanor, exceptional organizational skills, professionalism beyond reproach, and a continuous improvement mindset.
