Oakwood Worldwide is looking for a bright, highly organized, and energetic individual to join our team as a Guest Service Representative/Account Representative at our upscale property in the Sunnyvale area where residents will enjoy resort-class amenities including a full-service athletic club, clubroom and concierge. In this role, you will represent Oakwood and deliver our Golden Touch level of customer service every time a guest enters the lobby. ***SCHEDULE: TUESDAY - SATURDAY: 9:00AM - 6:00PM***
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Faxing or emailing all reservation paperwork to contact and/or end user on a daily basis.
- Completing all reservation paperwork on a daily basis
- Authorizing credit cards and sending reservation confirmations after all paperwork is complete on a daily basis
- Auditing all final paperwork for correct signatures and correct intent to vacate dates
- Updating reservations software with correct payment and contact details for all current guests
- Following up on all pending paperwork on a daily basis
- Answering phones and entering work order requests
- Display positive and energized personality and behaviors that demonstrate a can-do attitude
- Assist residents with billing inquiries
- Process bank deposits, resident refunds, referrals and utility bills
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
• 2+ years experience in an Administration and Organizational environment
• Some accounting experience
• Professional verbal and written communication
• MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
