Home Instead Senior Care® is looking for a steady multi-tasker to join us in our mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families. This Scheduling Coordinator role connects our caregiving workforce with our senior clients.

- Coordinating CAREGiver and Client schedules
- Selecting the best possible professional CAREGiver for each Client
- Setting up an introduction between the Client and the professional CAREGiver
- Communicating scheduling needs or changes
- Answering incoming calls and addressing or routing as needed
- Solving client problems and ensuring satisfactory care
- Tracking client and CAREGiver information
- A positive attitude with a passion for working with people and performing meaningful work
- The ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize goals
- Strong computer application skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to develop creative solutions
- High school diploma (GED)
- 2 years of customer service experience preferred
