Home Instead Senior Care® is looking for a steady multi-tasker to join us in our mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families. This Scheduling Coordinator role connects our caregiving workforce with our senior clients.

Duties include, but are not limited to: 
  • Coordinating CAREGiver and Client schedules
  • Selecting the best possible professional CAREGiver for each Client
  • Setting up an introduction between the Client and the professional CAREGiver
  • Communicating scheduling needs or changes 
  • Answering incoming calls and addressing or routing as needed
  • Solving client problems and ensuring satisfactory care
  • Tracking client and CAREGiver information 
 The ideal candidate will possess: 
  • A positive attitude with a passion for working with people and performing meaningful work
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize goals
  • Strong computer application skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to develop creative solutions
 Job Requirements: 
  • High school diploma (GED) 
  • 2 years of customer service experience preferred
