As a Truly Nolen Install & Renewal Technician, you will have the opportunity to be a mission-critical member of our team while delivering the highest level of service to our customers. You will work with our team of environmental services professionals to install and maintain services and products including Termite Protection, Vapor Barriers, Crawlspace Ventilation, Rodent and Wildlife Exclusion and more. You will be entrusted with customer relationships and job completion responsibility and will receive regular support and training.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer service assurance

Technical expertise and mastery of equipment, materials and processes

Management of schedule and tasks

Record, service order and receipt management

Occasional collection of payment

Basic maintenance and management of vehicle and equipment

 

COMPETITIVE CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS:

High School diploma (or equivalent)

High character and integrity with the ability to work autonomously

Demonstrated work ethic

Effective, professional communication skills

Well-developed problem solving and multi-tasking abilities

A firm understanding of customer service best-practices

An eye for detail, timeliness and accuracy

Clean driving and criminal record
