Corydon, KY CAREGiver - Full-time / Part-time

Have a few hours available  Monday thru Friday and want to help an elderly person? We've got the perfect opportunity for the right individual. Home Instead Senior Care, the leading non-medical in-home care provider for the elderly, is looking for a caring and compassionate individual to provide assistance to a gentleman located in Corydon, KY. The hours are Monday thru Friday from 9am until noon. This gentleman requires someone with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to take him out in the community and enjoy life! Some light housekeeping, meal prep and medication reminders are also part of the job.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Assistance with grooming and bathing
• Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
• Transportation 

*No previous experience necessary - skills training provided by Home Instead Senior Care*

Requirements to be a CAREGiver:

• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance
• Compassionate and caring attitude
• Reliable and dependable
