Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

THE OPPORTUNITY


We are currently seeking Full Time Front Desk Supervisor to join our team with previous hotel experience. You will be responsible for providing the highest level of service possible in an efficient, courteous and professional manner with exceptional communication skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible, Multi-task capabilities, works well under pressure, hard worker, excellent communicator & someone who cares for the guest needs. Also responsible for supervising Front Desk Agents and help fulfill the duties of the hotel Front Desk.

-Must be genuine, gregarious, and have a passion for hospitality.
-Checking guests in and out of the hotel
-Ensuring that special requests are noted and fulfilled
-Handing hotel reservation requests; maximizing room rates
-Interacting with team members in a professional manner, assisting other departments as necessary
-Answering the telephone in a professional manner and assisting guests with any questions, directions, etc.
-Managing and resolving guest complaints and compliments in a professional and courteous manner
-Listening and responding to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice
-Maintaining an up to date working knowledge of all property amenities and services as well as local area information
-Assisting with guests luggage

JOB REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for a positive, upbeat individuals who can deliver total guest satisfaction.

The minimum qualifications for this position are:

-High school degree or equivalent
-Strong computer skills
-Pleasant telephone demeanor
-Strong knowledge of the Long Beach area
-Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm, professional manner
-Must have the ability to communicate clearly and directly with guests using a positive, clear speaking voice
-Must have the ability to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
-Upbeat and personable, working within a fast paced environment.
