Delivers and picks up office supplies, payroll etc. for all service offices as needed.*High school diploma or equivalent.*Must possess a valid drivers license and a good driving record.*Prior warehouse experience preferred.*Must have the ability to follow oral/written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job.*Must be able to relate professionally and positively to corporate staff and to work cooperatively with other employees at all levels.*Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.*Must meet all local health regulations, pass post-offer drug test, and pass post-employment physical exam if required.*Must be capable of performing the essential job functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Essential Job Functions

Transport patients to and from skilled nursing center. Maintain complete and accurate log

Operate vehicle in accordance with applicable traffic laws, Company Vehicle Policy, state and federal regulations

Follow company guidelines for vehicle maintenance and reporting vehicle malfunctions, traffic accidents, etc.

Maintains cleanliness of vehicle -- both interior and exterior

Maintains proper forms in vehicles

Understand, comply with and promote all rules regarding residents' rights; promote positive relationships with residents, visitors, and regulators, to include presenting a professional appearance and attitude

Immediately report any hazardous conditions, equipments, accidents and/or incidents

Attend and participate in training, educational activities and staff meetings; assist in orientation and training other staff

Qualifications

- Must have current Driver's License with no driving violations on record

- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

- Must have ability to understand and apply training, and in-service education

- Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance

- Must have ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job

- Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information

- Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents, families and other employees at all levels
