JOB OVERVIEW

In this position you will be receiving calls from current credit monitoring service subscribers who would like to cancel their membership. Our agents are trained and well equipped to listen to the customer's needs and concerns and determine the best resolution. It is our goal to re-education the member on the benefits of the service, repackage or adjust the plan to make it more affordable, and ultimately... retain the member.

POSITION DETAILS

Location: Green Tree, PA

Position Type: Permanent, Full Time

Training Schedule: 3 weeks, Monday - Friday 9-5:45

Position Schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, 12:15 - 9 pm
