Barista

Position Summary:

Responsible for preparing and serving coffee drinks and bakery items.

Barista Responsibilities:

• Immediately greets all customers and ensures customer satisfaction
• Take customers' orders and communicating order to team by way of established process or guidelines
• Prepare and serve all espresso, tea, smoothie and drink orders to company specifications
• Serve food, beverages, or desserts to customers.
• Scrub and polish counters, steam tables, and other equipment, and clean glasses, dishes, and fountain equipment.
• Replenish food and supplies at serving stations.
• Wrap menu item such as sandwiches, hot entrees, and desserts for serving or for takeout.
• Using cash registers, calculators, or adding machines, and accept payment or make change. (varies by location)
• Complete specials projects and other duties as assigned
