Executive Trainer

Training Manager is a key instructor accountable for the design, development, facilitation, and seamless execution of Trade specific programming. As the subject matter expert and focal point to facilitate the training of both internal and external retail partnerships on products and services, ensuring all product knowledge is maintained and aligned ensuring best in class service and operational efficiency in alignment with core vision and values.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Create and deliver complete training modules for all external partners including, demonstration agencies and trade partnerships.
• Provide diversified curriculum offerings including, in person facilitation, e-learning, and other digital and innovative methodologies
• Continuously update and maintain meticulous curriculum and training database
• Provide instruction on both planned curriculum modules, as well as, unplanned internal requested trainings on a continuous basis
• Manage all aspects of training coordination including scheduling, reservations, and logistics ensuring alignment with all position within the company
• Support the continuous direct training program by providing cross-trainer sessions ensuring operational efficiency through peer knowledge transfer
• Manage training and feedback with recommended program revisions consistent with employee and customer satisfaction
• In collaboration with the Management teams, evaluate field performance to provide recommended solutions to increase performance
• Utilize specialized tools to organize and evaluate course feedback ensuring high employee and customer satisfaction and minimal response timing to all inquiries
• Participate as an integral part of budget process
• Travel required 30%

Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree required
  • 3+ years sales and/or training experience with a strong track record of success required; corporate brand and product training experience in food and beverage industry preferred
  • Account Management experience preferred
  • Prior experience developing and delivering product training tools
  • Experience developing or working with learning and development tools and software required
  • Effective organizational and planning skills
  • Strong communication skills, both speaking and written
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
