Job Description

A Real Estate Retail Sales Representative is often referred to as a real estate agent. In this position, you work out of our retail office where you will meet with clients to go over their real estate needs. Buying and selling real estate is challenging and confusing, so clients look to Real Estate Retail Sales Representatives for guidance on how to price their home, prepare it for sale, and how to look for a new home to purchase. This career requires excellent customer service skills. Retail sales experience is an asset.

Job Responsibilities

  • Take meetings with clients at our retail location and answer any questions or concerns they have
  • Guide clients through the process of preparing a property for sale and help them price it appropriately
  • Represent your clients as offers are submitted and negotiate on their behalf
  • Assist clients with the home search process and help them find a home that meets their needs
  • Communicate promptly and regularly with clients about their real estate needs
  • Be familiar with your local real estate market and understand the trends of home values
