Retention Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

On behalf of Harbortouch, Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals for Retention Specialist positions.  As a Retention Specialist, you will reach out to merchants that have cancelled services with Harbortouch to retain them if it makes fiscal sense to Harbortouch. You will be held accountable for the profitability of each account retained. This position will provide veteran employees a fast-paced environment to learn and thrive in.

Job Requirements

• 1+ year of call center or sales industry experience is preferred, but not mandatory
• Established record of continually meeting, and exceeding, sales goals and corporate standards
• Ability to work in a group setting, contribute ideas for further growth and direction of department
• Enthusiasm to grow, challenge, and push yourself

As a Retention Specialist, you will…

• Project a positive attitude and image to clients and potential customers
• Understand how the retention process works
• Be self-motivated, willing, and knowledgeable of Harbortouch products and services
• Effectively use multiple company-wide systems and departments with ease
• Make between 80-100+ outbound calls per day
• Develop, implement, and follow through of retention strategies strategy to hit personal and office goals
• Complete and submit documentation, new paperwork, and sales reports in a timely and accurate manner
• Clearly and concisely appoint the merchant with the best equipment for their needs
