Position Summary:
Order Entry Lead is responsible to access daily workload requirements and assign tasks to Order Entry Coordinators. Lead will review rejected orders before continued processing, organize billing system cleanup projects and serve as back up for Order Entry Supervisor.

Essential Job Functions:
• Order Entry Lead will monitor the Salesforce.com queue and the Fibertrak database in order to access and assign daily requirements to Order Entry Coordinators.
• Lead must be proficient in all Commercial processes and business rules.
• Lead will act as a liaison between Order Entry and Sales/Technical Operations.
• Lead will be responsible for daily reporting to Management.
• Lead will monitor and manage daily dashboard and daily goals including posting results from daily report.
• Lead will communicate Order issues with Field Support Specialists and Sales Managers as needed.

Job Requirements:
• Order Entry Lead must possess excellent organizing, prioritization and decision making skills.
• Lead must have the ability to communicate effectively with all members of the commercial department in a proactive and professional manner.
• Lead must be familiar with ICOMs, CSG, SFDC, Fibertrak, MS Office software with the ability to learn other databases as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Commercial Operations experience.

Education and Experience:
• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
