The Production Manager Assistant we are seeking will help:
-Plan, organize and manage the day-to-day operations, activity and productivity of the Garden City plant.
-Ensure the shift's efficient processing of products while meeting all daily requirements in accordance with the defined methods, standards, quality specifications and production targets.
-Enforce all company policies, procedures and security regulations fairly and consistently while maintaining high levels of productivity by utilizing staffing efficiently.
Skills/Qualifications
* At least 2 years relevant management experience with strong leadership, team building and communication skills in conjunction with a daily, hands-on approach to meeting production goals.
* MUST BE BI-LINGUAL (Spanish).
* Knowledgeable in setting and maintaining production standards.
* Laundry and/or Linen experience a plus.
