* You are an effective coach that motivates and inspires your store managers to achieve store results based on Net Sales, Margin, OPEX, Contribution and operational KPIs.
* You know how to build strong relationships. Although you have a partnership with each of your store managers, you let them work in their own way (no micro-management).
* You lead by example and have a contagious continuous improvement attitude.
* One of your key tools is financial analysis and you use data to make sound business decisions.
* As a people leader, you will hire, train and develop your management teams.
* Overall, your responsibilities include ensuring district-wide customer satisfaction and product quality while managing financial performance, safety and security in the district.
