Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare invoices for vouchered and voucherless partners.
- Reconcile “prepaid†accounts’ payments to store charges to account for variances.
- Update revenue tracking sheets used to track performance for 40 key partners.
- Assist with collection on billed accounts.
- Filing and organization of invoicing.
- Assists with related special projects, as required.
- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of AR experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office applications; Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Communicate fluently in English
- Basic knowledge of accounting practices and procedures
- Accurate data-entry skills
- Must be detail-oriented
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
