JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for implementing and executing leadership initiatives while providing guidance and feedback for consistent delivery of company-wide programs. Assist in delivering of leadership programs aligned with company goals and strategic direction.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience

Lead efforts to improve performance of employees, foster employee engagement, and increase organization effectiveness

Execute and deliver on leadership development initiatives for assigned business groups under the framework and construct of company-wide programs

Garner understanding and support for leadership development issues by building relationships with key stakeholders

Use an internal consulting model to assess leadership development needs, and recommend design and solutions

Use a variety of assessment tools that are aligned with the company-wide programs to increase organization and individual effectiveness (may include MBTI, DiSC, conflict surveys, climate surveys, and 360 feedback instruments)

Provide guidance and assistance to the human resources leadership in coordinating the company-wide employee survey and appropriate follow-up

Assist in the rollout and communication of the company-wide performance management process

Participate in the creation and implementation of evaluation plans to demonstrate the business impact of all leadership initiatives

Assist and/or oversee the coordination of training logistics for other parts of the organization as needed

Perform other duties as required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to communicate orally and writing in a clear and straightforward manner
Ability to communicate with all levels of executive, management and company personnel
Ability to deal with public in a professional manner
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
Ability to manage multiple projects to meet implementation target dates
Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties
Ability to work independently and with a group
Ability to use an internal consulting model
Ability to assess needs and create business and performance objectives
Skills in teambuilding, relationship building, facilitation and presentation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of the cable or telecommunications industry
Experience in evaluating impact of leadership development initiatives

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development, Business Administration, Organization Development or related field or equivalent experience preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS
Office environment
Approximately 30% travel
