Responsibilities include:
- Create and maintain client and caregiver schedules and creating excellent matches
- Providing excellent customer service to clients, family member, case managers, etc.
- Answering incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner
- Working with intake staff to ensure all client schedules are met
- Work with the scheduling manager to insure all schedules are met
- Follow up on all client and caregiver issues
Education/Experience:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One year of related business experience
- One year of supervisory experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle
