Busser – FT & PT Winter Seasonal – Northstar California

 

The Busser will assist the wait staff in the operation of a busy restaurant.  Clear tables of trash, stock supplies, assist guests with questions, take out trash, and wipe down tables

 

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

• Complete all side work, set up bus station, and check all condiment stations.
• Bus tables in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Reset tables for guests as they arrive.
• Be aware of menu specials if guests inquire.
• Restock wait stations as needed.
• Empty trash cans in all areas as needed.
• Check and restock bathrooms.
• Use uncommitted time to straighten and wipe counter tops, trays, etc.
• Clean prep area floor, reset tables, take linens out, and break down bus station.

 

Qualifications:

 

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
• One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CA Food Handler Card
