Primary Responsibilities:

Manage multiple concurrent programs and projects, delivering regional implementations for clients and business partners across departments and shared services
Manage and align resources to complete deliverables in a cross functional environment
Be accountable for creation of comprehensive project plans that encompass overlapping cross functional deliverables and align with national timelines
Self-directed, independent worker who is flexible and able to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment
Ability to align team around project goals and milestones, ability to face and resolve conflict as well as celebrate success
Ensure project documentation is timely, accurate and aligned with departmental standards
Utilize existing PMO structure and processes to manage programs & projects with appropriate level of rigor to ensure projects are delivered on time and in scope
Create materials that are presented to senior level leadership to report status, drive decisions, escalate and resolve issues
Develop project risk management plans and strategies (e.g., mitigation, avoidance, transfer, acceptance)
Gather information from stakeholders and integrate into a workable plan
Manage stakeholder communication plans to ensure the proper level of status information is delivered to varying levels of the organization to foster greater understanding, employee engagement and commitment to results
Work closely with other project leaders to minimize resource constraints and duplication of work
Maximize technology to support project and initiative management that drives consistency and the proper level of information sharing
 

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects.
7+ years of experience working with Business Stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
Previous experience with gathering requirements from the client / business and documentation
7+ years of project management experience
Ability to meet once a month for a full day meeting in Minnetonka
Preferred Qualifications:

Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office Suite and SharePoint
Experience presenting to stakeholders and / or senior leadership 
Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely to leadership
BA / BS degree
Health care insurance background
(PMP) Certification
