Sales Audit Control Coordinator (112151) - Full-time

Role and Responsibilities

• Ability to support all three domestic divisions ensuring the flow of POS data is captured accurately in the Sales Audit system
• Responsible for the daily auditing of internal and external reporting to deduce missing store sales data
• Responsible for communicating with external departments relating to remediation of missing sales
• Provide email updates to Management estimating missing sales dollars
• Recreate missing transaction data into the Sales Audit system as needed
• Communicate with Cash Office associates regularly to resolve outstanding sales issues
• Address high-priority, escalated customer service calls pertaining to credit and debit card issues
• Provide weekly reporting to Management related to adjusted sales activity
• Maintain, prepare, and upload monthly journal entries
• Assist with the monthly preparation work needed for opening a new accounting period
• Write procedures or updates documentation for internal training manuals
• Offer training to peers and/or new hires as needed
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Ability to assess, prioritize, and shift work flow to ensure both individual and department deadlines are met
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines
• Strong communication, problem solving, analyzing, and follow-through skills
• Strong Microsoft Office, general computer, and computation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail is a must
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• 1-3 years of retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
